The goods
The shop sells digital goods (FiveM scripts, models, files), licenses and services (e.g. a script made for you). Prices are in euro; if you pay by MobilePay, the amount is converted to Danish kroner at the rate shown at payment.
Payment
You pay through Tebex, by card (Stripe) or MobilePay. Goods delivered through Cfx.re Keymaster are sold and paid through Tebex, which acts as the seller of those goods on our behalf and handles the receipt and VAT.
Delivery
Scripts from Tebex are delivered to your Cfx.re Keymaster as soon as the payment goes through. Files and licenses from us appear under "My products" once the order is paid (MobilePay: once we have seen the payment). Services are agreed in the support ticket created for the order.
Right of withdrawal
Digital goods are delivered immediately. By buying, you agree that delivery begins at once and that the right of withdrawal therefore lapses once delivery has begun. For services, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies until the work has begun as agreed with you.
Licenses
A license grants the right to use the product on the number of servers stated for the product, on the IP addresses you register. You may not resell, share or publish the files. A license can be transferred to someone else through "My products" if the product allows it — you then lose the right yourself. Abuse (sharing, attempts to bypass the license check) may lead to the license being revoked without refund.
Defects
If something doesn’t work as described, contact us — we will fix it or find a solution. You have a 2-year right to complain under Danish law.
Personal data
We store what is needed to deliver and remember your purchases (Discord account, orders, licenses, server IPs, and the Cfx.re account you logged in with at Tebex). See the privacy policy at https://webshop.nrstudio.dk/privatliv.
Complaints
If we can’t agree, you can complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (naevneneshus.dk) or through the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
